I believe in the power of voice and action. I live my life through the scope of my values...honoring the spirit of other human beings, fighting for what I believe in, working hard, playing hard, and treating each day like the gift that it is. I'm definitely a free spirit and love new adventures and learning new things. I'm not much of a TV watcher but love Indie films and documentaries. I am a full time activist and poet. I begin graduate school in the fall for Counselor Education. I will be focusing on marginalization along the lines of race, gender, gender identity, and orientation. I'm very excited about this. My goal is to found my own non-for-profit agency upon completion of my graduate degree. Although I work very hard, I also love to have fun. Whether it's dinner and a movie, or going out to dance and enjoying the company of others...I welcome it all. I'm not particularly religious, but I am spiritual. I believe each of us have God in us. I honor that.
